Group Exercise with ViPR

This looks very interesting.  I haven’t yet come across such a video that shows such vast numbers of participants using the ViPR.  Is this something that’s choreographed where the combinations are layered in ending in a final combination like a Les Mills class? Could this be a new ViPR class aimed at group exercise?

ViPR Squat Pop to Slam

This is a nice exercise that could be added in to your daily workout or  a station in a group class. You have to put in alot to get the vipr to bounce high enough to catch it in a squat so don’t think this is an easy task.  Try it, how’d you get on?
